Wow! I can't believe how fast this year has gone by. I feel like I've missed a chunk of it. Don't get me wrong it has been a great year! Sorry I haven't put a new post on here in FOREVER! I've been such a slacker. There hasn't been a ton going on w/ my family the last couple of months. But I'll let you know a couple of the things that we've been up to....
In September, my wonderful parents took my siblings, their spouses & children on a motorhome trip for the weekend to LAS VEGAS! It was so much fun. We stayed in The Luxor Hotel. It was really nice. While we were there we walked the Strip, played games, watched movies & went swimming! It was a BLAST! Thanks Mom & Dad for the great weekend. WE LOVE YOU!
Also, in September, Kyle & his Dad took on our 3rd Papa Murphy's store in Ogden. It has been a fun adventure for Kyle. He said that he was starting to get a little bored & needed a new challenge. He's so CUTE! The store has been doing awesome! Kyle's little sister Kelsey has been managing the store & has been doing a great job!
Kyle's also in his "spare time" (doesn't have much of it! Haha.) has been painting Aydon & Cruz's bedrooms. Cruz's is a bug room & Aydon's is "spacey"! They are turning out so great! I will post some pictures of the too, soon!

This month has just been 'CRAZY' but so much fun! I have been a little spoiled but I guess that's ok every once in a while, right?!? Early this month, (July 4-9th) we went to San Diego, California for a Papa Murphy's Convention. It was a nice get away w/ our little family! We went to San Diego Zoo & then spent the rest of the week at the La Costa Resort, which was so nice. The grounds were beautiful but the rooms in itself were definately not worth $400 a night. Luckily, we were getting a better deal than that. While we were there I experienced my FIRST earthquake! It was pretty scary. It was only measured at 5.4 but it was a weird feeling. I can't say that I would like to have that happen again. The drive there and back was long but it was nice to catch up on life w/ my Hubby!
The week after we got back from California, (July 13th-15th) we went camping w/ Kyle's side of the family. My mom's so great! She knew that I only had 1 day to do laundry & pack everything back up to leave for our next adventure the following day so she made dinner & brought it over so that was one thing I didn't have to worry about. Thanks Mom, it was YUMMY! The McPhee's have a tradition to spend a week "tenting it" in Jordanelle. It's always fun! A week full of R&R, sun-tanning, games & riding waverunners! So FUN! My family only stayed for 3 days, because Kyle had been away from the stores for almost 1 1/2 weeks. So they needed a little bit of attention! Haha. But we enjoyed the time that we were able to be there!
The fun doesn't stop there, because the City of Riverton gave me my birthday present & sentenced me to a week (July 19th-23rd) of Jury Duty. Haha. I definately was lucky because I didn't have to do anything but call & they didn't schedule me at all. Yay. That would have been such a pain to find a babysitter for 3 kids for that long!
Last, but not least, I'm definately being spoiled this week because on Monday I went on a date w/ my HoT FeLLa & a couple of our close friends & went to dinner at Red Robin's & to see 'Eclipse'. I've wanted to see that movie for so LONG. Ok...for a couple weeks but it felt like a long time! LOL. That was TONS of fun! I am also ExTrEmElY excited because this Friday, my hubby & I are going to see Lady Antebellum & Tim McGraw in concert! I can't wait. I haven't gone to a concert in a while so it's been a long time coming! Kyle gave me the tickets for my birthday & I have been dying to go for 2 months now. Thanks Babe, love you!
So...there's my busy month! I can't wait to see what August has in store for us!

my "BFF" forever!!!

My best-friend Jen came over to my house last saturday to take me out for my birthday! It was so much fun! She made an awesome 'Twilight' birthday card & gave me a shirt w/ Edward on it! (so funny!) She then surprised me w/ a babysitter for the day --my HOT FELLA-- Then we went to walk around stores to kill some time & then took me to the movie theaters to see 'Letter's to Juliet' (so CUTE! It's a definite must see.) then we walked around a few more stores & went to Applebee's for dinner! I was definitely spoiled for my 25th! Thanks Jen for EVERYTHING! You're the best! L♥ve ya!

WOW!!! 25 yrs. & Counting...

I turned 25 yrs. old this last weekend. I can't believe how fast the time has flown. I still remember when I was marrying the love of my life at only 18 & I thought that it would take forever before I turned 25! Now I'm worried that I will be 30 before I know it!
My wonderful hubby threw a little birthday party for me & most of our family made it. -We missed you... Wes, Lindsay, Tucker & Christian!- It is nice to have family get together & a birthday is a great reason to. I was spoiled yet again this year! I got a gift card from Barnes & Noble from Kyle's parents, earrings from AL & Bart, a "Mamma Jamba Run" from Tegan & Russell & an awesome punch dish from my Mom & Dad! Thanks everybody! Kyle gave me a few CD's (Love & Theft, Lady Antebellum & Tim McGraw) & inside the Tim McGraw CD, I saw tickets to see the Tim McGraw Concert on July 30th. I'm so EXCITED!!! I can't wait to have a date night w/ my HaNdSoMe GuY! Thanks again everybody for everything, & especially my AMAZING husband... you're so good to me & I don't deserve you. L♥ve ya!

FuNnY LiTtLe BoY!

It's amazing how something someone says can just make your day! A few days ago, I was talking w/ Aydon about going to the bathroom all by himself. I said that as soon as he was able to do that, he is big enough to go to preschool. Aydon had to go to the bathroom so he ran & did it all by himself. When he came back he was so excited! He said "I went potty by myself, mom!" I told him that he did a great job. He then said "Now I can go to preschool & choose my girl so I can get married!" I started laughing so hard! He is such a FLIRT & he loves the girls! But we have a ways to go before he needs to be choosing his girl. He is such a funny little guy! I ♥ him TONS!

A HaPpY DaY!!!

I don't know what it is exactly about today, but I have seriously been in the BEST mood! I woke up this morning w/ my sweet hubby & we worked out together. Sadly, he had to leave for work and to stay w/ tradition Aydon & I waved goodbye to daddy as he drove away. Aydon came back into my room to get dressed. He is on a "I'm a big boy & can get dressed all by myself" kick, so I let him. He came out of the closet & looked at me w/ a panicked face saying "Mom, something's wrong!" I looked at him & saw that he had attempted to squeeze himself into Bryn's pants. It was seriously so FUNNY! I just laughed for a minute, while Aydon stood there confused. I explained to him what was wrong & then Aydon started to laugh too! Later on, Cruz woke up & I went over to the crib to get him & as I reached in to pick him up he sticks his tongue out at me w/ a huge smile! It is so cute! I just want to pinch it! Then Bryn woke up & walked into the kitchen for breakfast & I got her some mandarin oranges (her fav!) She just smiled at me while she sucked on them & made the funniest faces! I seriously l♥ve being a mommy! I appreciate these days more than anything because it gets me through the other days that are not as much fun. My wonderful hubby took me on a date last night to Desert Star. We went w/ some close friends of ours. It was so much fun! I love going on date's w/ Kyle! I just wish they weren't so few & far between. I'm so lucky to have him, & I love him so much! I love my sweet family & I'm so blessed to have them in my life!

ThiRd TiMeS ThE ChArM???

My poor little Bryn had her third & hopefully LAST surgery, for her kidney's today.

A little background...
We found out when I was pregnant w/ our sweet little girl, that she had some problems w/ her right kidney. She had her first surgery when she was 8 months old. They re-shaped her right kidney to look similar to a funnel shape. The purpose of re-shaping was to help it to drain faster. Almost exactly a year later was her second surgery. Her kidney's were still not draining as fast as it should, so they placed a stint inside her urethra to help stretch the opening. It has been 5 months since that surgery & today was the removal of that stint. We have some more tests in 8 weeks, to find out if the stint worked! Hopefully, it did & we don't have to make any more visits to Primary Children's Hospital. We love our sweet little girl & really hope this was the last time that we have to put her through this. Thank you to all of you for all your love & support! We ♥ you!

It's my gorgeous, little Bryn's birthday today! I can't believe that we have had

this sweet little girl in our lives for two years!

• She has the CuTeSt personality! She will run up to anyone & sit on their lap. (but needs to get used to them for a minute first!)

• She has such a sweet smile, that just melts your heart!

• She LOVES to read books & watch movies.

• She hasn't learned how to talk yet, but has the funniest sounding "grunts" that she uses in order to get what she wants. It's hiLariOus to watch her!

• She is such a "little mommy!" She loves carrying around her babies, pushing them in strollers, feeding, burping & just loving on them.

• Bryn is a princess through, & through! (the best part is that she knows it!) She's amazing at getting her way w/ her cute smile! She loves clothes, shoes, purses, make-up & anything else girly she can get her hands on!

• She loves being w/ her brothers! She loves playing w/ Aydon & tries to keep up with him all day long!

She is also another little mommy for Cruz, she's always there to help me pat his back after feeding him. It's really sweet to watch!

• She's also a DaDdY's GiRl! It's so cute when she laugh's running to Kyle, when he comes home from work at night!

Bryn is such a sweet addition to our family! We LOVE her so much!

...:Story Time:...

I was working on the computer earlier today, while the kids were playing around me. All of the sudden, Aydon picked up a book & started telling Bryn the story. I sat there in shock listening to him & after a little while, I just started to cry. I can't believe how BIG my little boy is getting! It was one of the sweetest things that I have ever heard! It's moments like this that really makes being a mom worth while.

Cruz's Bumbo!

I have wanted a Bumbo for a while now. I was so excited to finally put it to some use! (He doesn't look too happy, but he actually likes sitting in it.) Cruz has been working so hard on trying to sit up & just can't quite make it. So this helps him to feel more apart of the "party!"

I think he looks like a baby doll when he sits in it! So ADORABLE!!!

Funny Aydon...

Aydon came up to me today and said "I'm a cool kid, Mom" and I said "Yes, you are." He then said "I'm a cool, Aydon kid!" He is the funniest little boy... I just LOVE him to death!

Bryn's Many Words!

It has definitely been a long time coming but yesterday Bryn decided it was time to start talking. She only said "milk", but that was enough to make me happy! The only words she has said before now is "Aw-ma" =Grandma & "Ma-ma." I have been trying to get her to say "Daddy" for a long time, because Kyle's feeling a little left out. I know that she knows how to talk, but she insists on only using many different forms of grunts as her means of communication. Luckily she will either take you to what she needs or points in the direction of what she wants, until you finally figure it out! I can't wait until she is able to talk in sentences. But then it will probably feel like my little girl is getting too big. But it is probably time. She is almost 2 years old. Aydon didn't start talking until after he turned two. So, I guess I will have to continue to be patient.

Anniversary Present From My Sweet Hubby!

I have been married to the perfect man for the past 6 wonderful years! Our anniversary fell on a Sunday this year, so we went to church & Kyle left for work after Sacrament meeting. When church was over, the kids & I came home to these beautiful vases sitting on the counter! I love them!

I'm so blessed & lucky to have Kyle w/ me as my companion & soul mate, & I can't wait to spend the rest of eternity w/ him! Love you Kyle!

Our Family

I finally set up our family blog! Yay! We are all doing so great. We just moved into our house in Riverton in August. We love living here. It's so nice to have our own place again. Kyle is doing an amazing job providing for our little family, he works so hard & I appreciate him so much! Love you!
Aydon is getting so big! He is almost 4 years old. Ahhh... I can't believe it! He is almost potty trained. (Finally!) He has so much energy. He will literally go from the second he wakes up until he passes out for the night! He loves cars, planes & animals! Anything boyish! We love him tons!
Bryn will be 2 years old next month. My little baby girl is growing like crazy! She hasn't started talking yet but it is so funny to watch her try to explain what she wants. She loves her brothers so much & tries so hard to keep up w/ Aydon. She is my little mommy! She helps me w/ her baby brother almost every feeding & gives him LOTS of kisses! We love her, she is such a little beauty!
Cruz just turned 3 months old. He has the cutest little chubbs! I've never had a chubby baby so I'm enjoying it while it lasts because when he starts moving he's going to lose it fast. He loves being held & loves it when we talk to him. He has the cutest little smile! He is so "qwooshable!" Love him to pieces!
Kyle & I just celebrated our 6 year Anniversary! I can't believe how fast time flies. I'm so grateful for such a wonderful husband & an amazing father to our children!
